![]() Looks to have some SERIOUS kickback, I don't know if it is poly or if it is water, track does look in good shape though, given the amount of rain

![]() Looks like there is a pool of water on the top of the surface if you ask me. It might be because if its wax coated the water is just gonna sit there. I wonder how good the horses are getting ahold of it?

![]() Supposedly the water is just suppose to drain straight down into this state of the art system. We got a TON of rain today in Chicago in a short period of time, just sat on top of everything...

![]() Water sitting on the top of a wax coated surface hmmm I would bet the horses with high action (turf horses) would get over the ground better what do you guys think?

![]() SOmething else I thought was interesting last night there were 2 track records set in the 3 rd and 6th races. 6 1/2 furlongs in 115.4 and 5 1/2 furlongs in 103 and change.
But yet their were other races that went relatively slow. |

I watched that 6th race, I thought they were going fast, but didn't realize it was a track record. Those were claimers, I think it has to do with some horses love that stuff, but most of them hate it, so you'll see claimers with track records... |

![]() surprised to hear that the water sat on top...supposedly the 'state of the art' (as it's ALWAYS referred to) drainage system was suppposed to keep that very thing from happening.
