![]() Thanks Kev. Both our heroes look like short prices this week, especially Placido. But at least he likes to win races. Speedjama still has only 2 wins to his credit, and a lot of losses to go with that.

Placido won't be too short a price. Lox and Kippers is bound to take tons of money. |

![]() 8 horse field at his favorite track and distance, even with Lox and Kippers, I say Placido goes to post as the favorite somewhere around 8/5, with the highest possible price 5/2.
Speedjama will likely be the favorite (gulp, yes the favorite) simply because of Garret Gomez riding in a short field in a return to his best surface. |

![]() Look for the Jungle Prince to run opening week at Santa Anita, which I believe is the first or second week of October. Betcha he runs first in one of those 6 1/2 F turf sprints.

![]() Kev- You dont need an excuse. Just come to grips with the fact that you need to bet horses as much as you need to breathe oxygen.

![]() Gamblers find ways to bet. They are very creative and enterprising people who dream up ways to take in the juice. I have a buck that says your monthly average at OTB over the next 6 months is more than 1-2 times. LOL!
"Cosmos Mariner strikes the front! Cosmos Mariner now by 3 and under a hand ride." "Placido, still there. Placido holding on, Lox and Kippers one final try but the wire comes first." Speedjama opening up on them. Speedjama has a 5 length lead at the 1/16th pole. Jimmy the K trying to hold 2nd over Mumbles and its a long way back to the rest of them. No doubt about the winner, Speedjama won by 6 or 7 lengths." |

![]() I like Santa Anita as well. To me Fairplex isnt that much of a downgrade from Delmar, betting wise. I love the 6.5F turf sprints.
