Stock up on Lightbulbs

At least until 2015. Figure how many bulbs you'll need (I estimate 20/yr) and at $38 savings per bulb you'll save dollars on the bulbs while paying pennies for the extra electricity they use. Heck since the government is usually off by 50-100% better stock up for a decade or longer. Don't let the greenies screw you!
