Default Horsehats.com Warning
Placed an order at the end of November got nothing but apologies including a promise to refund and send. Now nothing but silence! Complete ripoff. I wish whoever warned me after I had placed my order had done it sooner. Avoid this site.

I have met the people behind HorseHats.com... they are nice, honest and successful. Any business is going to have a few problems on a case by case basis.

after 5 emails and 3 broken promises I think not. I will say I've ordered from them twice before and it was fine. BTW They were warned this was coming and nothing!!!!

i have ordered at least 5 hats and shirts, received them all, although sometimes late and follow ups were needed.

Yea apparently Dave Williams has very poor communication skills and zero business credibility. This post was meant more of a public service driven by internal rage rather than any type of threat. I'm not going to be guilty of spewing vitriolic rhetoric. At least not after Steve does his editing.

perhaps they are going out like the ill fated Horse Society Magazine.

i would gladly take that business over because if you can't sell horse hats to horse race fans, you shouldn't be in business.
