Default Ribaudo testing Bribon with Woodbine Mile

Bobby Ribaudo was on ATR last night and in addition to getting Grand Couturier back in the winner's circle in the Bowling Green, has BRIBON readying for Sunday's Woodbine Mile. Gives the Met winner the advantage of a rare one turn lawn mile...

Field shaping up nicely including:

Rahy's Attorney ('08 Mile winner)
Ventura ('08 runner up and of course BC F&M Sprint winner)
Bribon (Met Mile winner)
Daylight Express (Bahamanian wonder horse)
Jungle Wave
Field Commission
Sterwins
Sand Cove
Ice Bear
Grand Adventure
Ferneley

Anybody --> Who is Bribon's regular rider?? I can't recall
[oh it's Alan Garcia duh! . google really does answer many of the lazy questions...]

With the turf effectively being the "main track", as it is the outside oval, and the longest stretch in North America, The Woodbine Mile is an orgasm to the pleasure centers of the aesthetically critical racing connoisseur!

Because of the stretch, the purse size and the Grade I status of the Woodbine Mile, a patient jockey and a game horse are usually prerequisite.

Sterwins has been a horse whom I have followed off and on for quite a while and may be one of the horses who can challenge Bribon. Can't wait to handicap and watch this one!

I've lost between 5 to 10 races on the WO turf this summer when the best horse in the race was BLOCKED in the stretch. Field Commission last out was one of those cases.

I don't see Bribon going up there and dictating squat to those horses. And, poor Ventura has to go longer than she really wants to and probably will have the idiot Gomez on her back again. He's only blown the last two rides on her, costing her 2 G 1's. Joke.

Without using the benefit of past performances of the locales, Grand Adventure is atleast interesting.
