Default A couple of interesting baffert FTS saturday at dmr

Take a Hard Look in the sixth is a 130k Rock Hard Ten out of a half to Binalong. The horse is working nicely and faces a field of nothings.

Then in the ninth is Crisis of Spirit. A Pegram homebred by Vindication (yuck) out of the unraced SilverBulletWay, who was an unraced daughter of Storm Cat and SilverBulletDay. Her last two works were a 57.3 and a 58.

Default Baffert

Baffert's MO is to work these babies real fast in the morning.
58 and change is pretty much an average time for him so hard to tell if they are anything special. They usually get bet pretty hard.

I'm surprised nobody, especially Giants Causeway 1985, has mentioned the GC half to Ghostzapper and City Zip debuting at Saratoga Saturday.

That race looks pretty promising on paper.
I think the Aikenite race is gonna be better than the beyer it received. It was a tough figure day.

speaking of Ghostzapper...Maker has one in the 5th that is gonna be Graded Stakes winner.

Crisis just blew them away in the 5th to break her maiden.
