Default Solis and Gryder

Any news on these guys and their mounts, Endless Moon and Captain Cash? They both went down in the 10th at Del Mar. Endless Moon looked like he really took it bad.

Hoping for the best for all.

Both jocks walked off under their own power. I think they said on TVG that one horse was ok and the other was euthanized, but I wasn't paying attention (sorry if that sounds insensitive).

thanks for the info - I was in the paddock area so couldn't see. Just watching it on the screens. It looked like Endless Moon broke down during the race. I'm glad the jocks are OK.

I was watching (and, unfortunately, taping). Endless Moon is dead, euthanized, though I can't believe that was necessary. TVG said they wouldn't replay it because it was so bad. I only rewatched it trying to see if he got clipped or not; it was too close to the rail for me to tell what happened, but it looked like he took a misstep or got caught in something and went down into the somersault. Either way, Solis is lucky to be alive...it was like Rene Douglas with a MUCH better outcome. Oh, they said the other horse walked away.
