![]() Churchill Downs POST SCRATCHES
R7 - G2 Jefferson Cup (Turf) #5 El Crespo - Lost touch with the field in the Arlington Classic and still managed to finish 3rd. I expect he'll be closer to the pace as he was in his G3 Palm Beach victory at GP. 2nd #4 Florentino (Jpn) - Front runner will have it his own way and try to hold off top choice. WON #1 Advice - G2 Lexington winner will make his turf debut and will probably be an underlay because of the connections. R8 - G3 Northern Dancer #1 Ominscient - I'll excuse his 1st graded try in the G2 Lexington and imagine him running back to his form at the FG (Dirt). 3rd #7 Parade Clown - SCR #3 Warrior's Reward - Have to respect his last race, especially seeing Munnings's big race last week. 2nd #8 Gresham #4 Dumar - Has faced good company and deserves to be played underneath once more. R9 - G2 Fleur de Lis #2 Distinctive Dixie - Took a while to graduate, but she's figured it out winning last 3 of 4 and this is her preferred surface. #9 Kiss With a Twist - Interesting to see her on a conventional dirt course because she loves the Synthetic surfaces. Nice 2nd to Euphony in the G3 Arlington Matron last month. #3 Miss Isella - Mulitple grade 2 winner loves the CD strip and must be considered for all spots. WON #4 Santa Teresita - Has been freshened up after just missing at odds on at HAW in April and if she could run to any of those top performances in Cali the rest are in trouble. R10 - G1 Stephen Foster #7 Asiatic Boy (Arg) - Multiple group winner makes his long awaited U.S. debut for new conditioner (KMc) and is training well. 2nd #3 Einstein (Brz) - Trying to complete an awesome accomplishment in winning three straight G1's on different surfaces. 3rd #2 Macho Again - Inconsistent runner is more than capable of running a big one especially if they set it up for him up front. WON #6 Bullsbay - Undefeated at CD, but this is his toughest assignment to date. 4th R11 - G3 Regret (Turf) #1 Excelente (Ire) - SCR #10 Prytania - Lightly race filly also was jeopardised by the slow pace in the aforementioned Guineas and will be moving late. #7 Hot Cha Cha - She's plenty game, but the distance might be to much to ask. 3rd #6 Oculuna - Probable pace setter will take them as long as she can. #9 Keertana WON PK4 - 1 3 8 / 2 3 4 8 9 / 2 3 6 7 / 7 10 = $60 ($.50 play) Arlington Park POST SCRATCHES R8 - Clm 10k (10-9) #7 Hangman #5 Jaygar Dancer 3rd #1 Maddy's Bobcat 2nd #2 Erdiston WON R9 - Possibly Perfect (Turf) #4 Russian Rosie (Ire) - When Attfield ships you better take notice and she's faced G3 company in last two. Expect Jara (Yes he's back from Panama to finally jump start his career in Chicago) to have her close to the pace throughout.4th #3 You Go West Girl - This NY bred comes to the Midwest with a nice resume that has produce over $300k in earnings. 3rd #6 Communique - 2nd in the G3 Bewitch at KEE and has run extremely well over this turf course in two starts. #2 Lady Carlock - Giving 9lbs to the competition, but she's struggled in last two after winning the G3 Suwanee River at GP this winter. R10 - OC 50k/N1X #5 Hug It Out #8 My New Lady WON #3 Social Charmer #1 Bar Babe 3rd R11 - Alw 44.2k N2X (Turf) #4 Bold Abbott 2nd #9 Approvedbythemint #10 Terryhowieandjimmy 3rd #1 Lead On - SCR PK4 - 1 2 5 7 / 3 4 6 / 1 3 5 8 / 4 = $48 Good Racing Luck
