![]() Wednesday's Santa Anita carryover try turned into a thorough beating as 4 $20+ winners made the sequence impossible for all but one player. The $650,000+ prize was scored on a $32 play from an OTB in Lancaster, CA. A $32 play is most surely the 2 singles and 4 legs of 2 horses each variety (2x2x2x2x1x1), and it is remarkable that the skien was hit on that approach.
I had entered the afternoon highly confident of my approach and felt bruised and battered just two heats into the sextet. And watching the nightcap to discover that a monster C/O would not be available to us for Thursday made the beating even worse.. Hope you weren't too badly hurt by my inability to negotiate Wednesday's rocky Arcadian shores... Two of Friday's late P4 events at Gulfstream will hopefully stay on the lawn to help make the quad worth playing... ![]() I regret even playing Gulf's late 4 yesterday. What a bonehead move that was. I was pressured into playing it, but still no excuse for pulling the trigger. Too much risk for such little reward. Will try again today, as it looks like there could be a few live horses at a price.
Best of luck today Steve!! $1 1,2,3 3,6,9,10 6,7 4,5 .50 1,8 3,4,6,8,9 2,4,5,6 4 .50 2 3,6,9 4,7,8,9 5 R6- $50 to place on Colie Z (1) @ 5-1 or higher Total from $74-$124..GL all!!!
