![]() Does it seem odd that the 5th leading rider at Aqueduct would fly all the way to New Orleans to ride one race, and a 20-1 shot at that? The 20-1 morning line on Richard's Kid certainly looks legit but the horse has won 3 of his last 4. Still, Napravnik likely could've kept the mount on the morning line favorite for Aqueduct's 5th race. Sure that's only a 41K purse while the NO Cap is 500K but if I was her agent, I think staying in NY might be the more prudent decision. But maybe the agent knows something the rest of us don't know.
