Those aren't fair odds for that guy. Should get 60/1-70-1. He's an unreliable smurf of some sort. Maybe wait until Friday Night, and play him if he is in the mix. Shigecki Muryama is a decent bomb play. He lives here. Would make a good story n' all. Need 150-1 minimum. These odds are too low dude. They're being like banks now.

no tiger, short course , if he putts he will be right there 35/1 fair

I think you would have a better chance taking Taraji (16-1) to win the Oscar for best supporting actress.
