I strongly recommend to check out the replay if you get a chance on fairgroundsracecourse.com 1/17/09 Race 1. Loved the way he bullied his way to the rail without Robby really asking him to do it. I'm actually having a buddy place a KD future's bet on him prior to the race at 200-1 at the Wynn. WON Tampa Bay Downs R10 - G3 Sam F. Davis #7 Free Country #8 A.P. ![]() Tale of Ekati - 2/5 with 20MTP, Tough to swallow, especially after Tagg refused to run him at GP last year because he did not like the surface. I know he's been training well. Interesting.

![]() Didn't have a chance to contribute earlier today, but on my blog I posted that I like #10 - Sumo in the the Sam F. Davis.
He did finish 2nd, but I didn't have a chance to see the race. Bigsmc or Bogey did you see the race and based on the chart I can't get a feel for how he ran. Would you give him a chance in the Tampa Bay Derby?

As far as the Tampa Bay Derby, the water looks to be much deeper. Nice call on your blog (Sumo)
