Default Down goes...

Joe Pa.

Thought for sure Penn St. would run the table.
College football continues thrashing about randomly.

Schnikes.
I just realize this could mean Ohio St. against USC
in the Rose Bowl...

Do we need to see this again...
I dont think so.
God please make something happen.

You won't see Ohio State in the Rose Bowl unless Michigan State wins at Penn State, which after yesterday's Penn State shabby performance would certainly seem more possible now, but I don't think it will happen. Penn State's 4 out of 5 road game stretch is over. If Penn State beats Indiana and Mich State at home they are the big 10 rep in the BCS, not Ohio State.

Thank God.
I was not sure how the Big 10
tiebreakers work. I dont think
Penn St. loses to Indiana (horrible)
or Mich St.

I thought Iowa might be tough but
the way Iowa came back was a complete
surprise. I wish Paterno (or his assistants)
would get a BCS
championship though.

Reminds me of a somewhat sad thing during the OSU/State Penn game. Did you see Paterno at halftime up in the pressbox alone? It was sort of sad, like "Stay here, grandpa, while we go down and take care of business in the lockerroom".

At least when they showed him on TV, he wasn't on the phone or anything, just sitting there by himself. Sad looking to say the least...

yes...

It was also sad after the game with Iowa in the interview.
He was really complimentary of the Iowa team
and the way they played. And he said his kids played
hard. Getting popped 2 or so times on out of bounds plays..
he is safer up there.

Actually I think his last injury was reported as having been
a demonstration of the proper way to onside kick that went awry.
I always like him after he called out Barry Switzer.
