i am taking the 8 in the 5th. i prefer parker over barria....although Baird is a decent trainer for "the mount".

That's funny, Trainer of the 4 was 0/45 for the year and the horse was eased last time out. And you got about 42 dollars if you bet him to win.

Yeah, gotta be careful of stuff like that at the Mountain.. I watch the odds pretty close, but in this case there was no "evidence"

well...all I can say...for the 5th - is that its no surprise that a 20-1 shot was the winner. Oddly I boxed an exacta 2-4-8 which more than covered my win bet on the 8. and my super key on the 8 over the 2,3,4,9. This sort of thing reminds me of the ole days at Montecello.
