More from Chuck later here and on the blog but everything A-OK with AlDeb's a.m. spin and on target for the start Sunday after Travers. Workout was 3rd of 17.

Rampillion with a nice :50.0 half mile too this morning after the break. 17th of 48. Looking towards a Turfway fall debut.

Any idea yet if she'll debut on the poly or the turf?

If it's Turfway, it'll have to be poly.

Or the BC Dirt Mile never being run on dirt at a mile.

Nope, decided to stick it out and save the vacation time when they went off the turf. You guys in there all weekend?

Will do. I'm there Saturday and Sunday rain or shine. Tomorrow and Friday will depend on whether or not they are on the turf and how much I'm itching to go even if they are off.

Turfway debut for Rampillion works for me !!! They do a nice job with the Fall meet. Fridays nights are especially rachous with 1$ bets and 1$ Brews plus live music after the card ends. Weather is usually perfect for Nite Racing.

I hear ya. It makes the old dungeon a palatable place to hang out.
