Belmont's Signal to NJ tracks & otbs

Not sure if anyone addressed this , but I just got a e-mail from the Meadowlands saying... Meadowlands & Mon. tracks, Otb @ woodbridge & NJ accounts holders will NOT be getting the Belmont/Spa/ A-duct signal, But they will get it for the belmont stakes. This is effective 04-30-2008.
Seems this is the wave of the future ? Makes one wonder what if....

I hope Steve can get someone on the radio to address this.

Something to do with Belmont increasing rates for their signal.

How are horsemen misinformed? Are you saying that the reported issue - over the rates that the receiving tracks pay NYRA for its signal - is not the issue?
