Default SAT Action - CD PK4 & CRC Turf Stakes

Churchill Downs

R8 - Md30K

#4 Cape Romain - Like the drop and turnback in real estate.
#2 Cattkoot - Showed speed in the slop before throwing in the towel and Pitts is winning at 24% for the year.
#5 Painted Forest - Sizzled on the front end at the FG and just missed by a nose.

R9 - OC100K/C Turf

#2 Firerock Base - Ridgling was 4th beaten only 3/4 lengths in the G3 Connelly at Sam Houston going 1 1/8 miles. The mile distance here should suit him perfectly.
#1 Silver Whistle - Has enough back class to take this event.
#4 Officer Rocket (GB) - Makes turf debut and is coming off a nice win at OP. Major player if he handles to lawn.

R10 - Derby Trial 100K

#4 Kodiak Kowboy - 2 for 2 at CD and strictly the one to beat. Should sit a nice trip right behind the speed.
#1 Eaton's Gift - G2 Swale winner will show some speed from the inside post.
#6 Macho Again - Has been much better sprinting and wouldn't mind a wet track.

R11 - Clm 30KN2L

#10 Lead Time - Only runner with a win at CD, which was her best race to date.
#9 Delucie - Big drop for Mott and must be included.

PK4 - 2 4 5 / 1 2 4 / 1 4 6 / 9 10 = $54

Calder

R6 - Mairzy Doates Handicap 300K Turf

#2 Mauralakana (Fr) - She's in razor sharp form for Clement and the deserving favorite.
#4 J'Ray - Has shown an affinity to the CRC turf and should enjoy the longer trip.
#7 Private Betty - Coming in off a vacation and back to back wins on this course.

R8 - Calder Oaks 200K Turf

#5 Life Is Sweet (BEST BET) - Tried the G1 Ashland at KEE and finished 4th after acting up prior to the start. Two back she beat G3 Appalachian winner Alwajeeha who looks to have a bright future.

R10 - G3 Calder Derby Turf

#7 Titan of Industry - Too close to hot pace in the G3 Palm Beach across town and had nothing left. Cornelio looks to turn the tables on #3 Sporting Art.
#3 Sporting Art - Clement runner moving in the right direction and should close out the exacta.

Good Racing Luck

Thanks Coach, it was hit and miss all day, but I was glad to see Macho Again win.
