![]() Can someone please tell me who these kentucky backwoods incest ridden people are?
Todd Beattie Stephanie Beattie Ryan Beattie Richard Beattie They are all winning at 98% at Penn National. Never heard of them but apparently they are better at training horses than Bill Mott and Ron McAnally. Horse racing has become nothing but a cesspool of criminals. |

![]() Stephanie and Ryan bring runners to CT quite a bit. Don't remember seeing the other names but I am sure their training methods are a family tradition. I don't have the numbers in front of me but Stephanie wins at close to 40% and Ryan isn't far behind. Bet Stephanie over Ryan if they both have entries in the same race.
The real head scratcher is when Stephanie Beattie, Ryan Beattie and Scott Lake all have an entry in the same race. |

![]() DrugS did an interesting couple of posts last summer, I believe, on the relatively performances of the Beatties up at Penn last year. Todd, of course, is the conditioner of the awesome Fabulous Strike.

![]() I think Ryan "Buck" Beattie is the nephew of Todd Beattie and Stephanie is the daughter of former trainer Clarence Minnich. Steph Beattie works together with high % trainer David Wells. Richard is Todd's assistant trainer and his brother

![]() these are the trainers who are syphoning all of the purse $ out of charlestown and penn national, sometime with multiple entries in each race, they can pretty mush take any run of the mill $4000 claimer and turn them into a stakes horse, and commonly take horses who for example may run beyer #s in the 40s and start to run in the 90s, everyone else might as well go home!

![]() oh by the way throw in the Cartagena family of trainers and you pretty much have every winner (slight exageration)--but not much--

![]() Why would anyone possibly care what goes on at Penn National anyways? Especially at this time of the year with Belmont just about to open and the Triple Crown 9 days away from starting? That place is a toy track, and what else would you expect to happen from a toy track?

not everyone follows those great ny tracks like aqueduct and finger lakes....there are other tracks running this time of year, nine days away from the start of the tc, also probably nine days after, too. |

![]() Penn National has just built a new casino and as such, is absolutely attracting a higher caliber of equine a la what PID did last year. Not every track is Saratoga. I know that was just a little trolling we saw earlier, but I figure I still need to stand up for Penn. At least they have a turf course there.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From my perspective, Bay Meadows and No. Cal racing in particular is a cesspool of cheating trainers. These guys get away with daily thievary and the track does zero about it. I have no concern at all about it closing. __________________ www.valentoraces.com

![]() No, you're certainly allowed to have as misinformed an opinion as you'd like. Let me know when you find that three bedroom colonial you've been seeking in a communistic country.

![]() 4 brothers, um, sorry one of them seems female, so 3 brothers and 1 sister account for 98% of all wins at a track....what kind of information would you want to know? Their hair colors? Favorite kind of beer?
Sounds like a great track to bet. I wonder what a $100 win bet does to the pools there on a typical night? |
