Serpe Runner who jumped the fence coming out of the Paddock last August

Does anyone remember who the Phil Serpe mdn was that jumped the fence coming out of the paddock late in the Spa meet last year....I remember that he/she was a mdn...ended up in the crowd...not sure but Arroyo may been the jock....
Not at all sure but it may have been Hangingonaprayer who is in the 5th at gulfstream today.
