Help please, tracing a Hong Kong runner!! Urgent kinda!

Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone can tell me how i can trace a hong kong runner with brands? I can find his breeders brand but since his passport was done on the aussie studbook he has had a brand added the brand added is G148 on the left shoulder.
Anyone know what this means?
