Badlands Nitro proved to be a dilemma for 'bridgejumpers" who bet $58,141 on the 2-5 choice that won six of seven races previously with a second in the other. Badlands Nitro had won his elim in 1:51.1 by 13-1/4 lengths.

Somewhere in Maine there is a man who feels bad for someone who lost 50K on a show bet in a harness race.....
