Sumwon arrived safe and sound just before the first race today. When she saw Cherie, she started pawing to be let out of the trailer, and seemed quite relaxed, and happy to be back. Cherie was so excited to see her girl. A tad overweight (not bad), and a bit fuzzy from her winter coat starting to come in.
The moment she got into her stall she got down and rolled on her back, flipping over a couple of times until she was satisfied. Then a nice drink and settled in to eat her hay. Very friendly, relaxed and happy! The little growth on the back of her fetlock is completely gone. Cherie says tomorrow she'll be walked under tack in the shedrow. Chuck can fill in with his plans for her. The Princess arrives, lead off by Cherie  Hacker Craft, who was on a small vacation, unloads next  What's happening over on the track? Is that the bugler? Tell him I'm BACK!

I missed you, too - when can we get back to the track together?
 Visitors line up to see The Princess  Is that soda for me? They always feed me treats, it's okay, hand it over  All's right in the world.

She will walk under tack for a few days to get used to carrying the weight on her back then jog for a few weeks before we do any galloping. I dont think she is overweight (wait till the hair is clipped off) and was happy to see the growth on her hind leg is completely gone. She looks really happy and we are happy to have her back. I even have a race picked out but more on that later.
