Alleged U.S. Military Murderers and Rapists

Just a quick question....

Green is in custody back here in the U.S.

The others are still "on-base" and are subject to Article 32 investigation.

At what point, if any, are these people put in a more restrictive form of detention.... Not until formally charged? Or, is it more arbitrary?

Pretty nasty stuff. Stalk, rape and murder a young girl (Iraqi officials say she was 14 years old.... U.S. Mikitary said she was about 20... U.S. Justice Dept says abiut 25. Other alleged murder victims include a 5 year old girl.

Nasty stuff.

Has Rumsfeld commented?
