Question Binoculars

I need a new pair of Binoculars and was wondering if any one had a pair that they really liked. I am primarily buying them for use at the track. I have a compact pair and don't like them.

The tracks I frequent most are Belmont, Saratoga, Monmouth and Aqueduct, if that helps.

Oh and I don't want to spend a ton on $$. I was think of at most $150.

Thanks!

I bough a pair(think they are Bushnell) at k-mart for like forty dollars a couple of years ago. They work great! They are not cheap looking or flimsy. They do the job just fine. I just watch the race and check out the warm ups with them. Not sure if there is much else to do with them but that. Maybe check out some females on the rail, but they do that ok also. They would probably be good at sporting events too. I personally do not think that you need 150 dollar binoculars for the track.

If you like to take pictures with a digital camera, there is a pair of binoculars with built in digital camera. They cost about $100 but are excellent.

Bushnell 16 X 50...OUTSTANDING...one of my best purchases. Great for horse racing. Only $47.00.

Those Bushnell permafocus binoculars are awesome. Better than any I've seen at a fraction of the cost.
