Default On the record...

Aight guys, prolly for the 50th time today, it's time for y'all to go on the record.

For me, I didn't place any WPS bets. But I do think Street Sense will win and break the Juvy curse.

The only bet I made was a $1 Tri Box with 4 horses all the way around for $24.
Zanjero, Street Sense, Circular Quay, and Great Hunter. 2 Favorites, 2 bombs.
I think 15 horses have a legit shot to win tomorrow, so I left my headaches and confusion in a 4-horse tri box. That's the only "rationale" I can come up with.

Good luck with your selections tomorrow folks
-Pete

I'm pulling for Street Sense. But I admit I'm completely irrational every year at Derby time in that I pull for a horse I think can win the Triple Crown. And I think he could.

When it comes to the Triple Crown debate, wouldn't it be great if Dominican suprised the world and won the Triple Crown? Imagine a gelding winning it.

Now THAT is what the sport needs. Not a colt retired 10 minutes after the Belmont...

Very true, I'd love the next TC winner to be a gelding. But I just can't see it being Dominican.

OK Lets see. Who won the Oaks today?
Who is her stablemate? Who has trained with her? Who has an eight week layoff to her seven week layoff?

Circular Quay all the way for me.

I'm tossing SS, Curlin, Nobiz

so my exotics will be strange to say the least

I think Sam P. will run fourth.

all in second and third

I played Brilliant in the Woodford Reserve and Tiago in the Derby. Both across the board. If I lose my $25, let it be to Carl and Street Sense!!!!

My play centered on Domincan. I have him to win, also a trifecta with him on top and either Street Sense or Curlin second or third, and using pretty much almost the entire field in the other position.

I also have big tri plays with Dominican second and third.

If he hits the board, it should be a real good day for me.
