Have 40 acres of land with a sand track , 10 black type filly yearlings,
Race the ones that can run & Breed the one ones that can't & sell their arses in the Auctions

Don't forget, independently wealthy (or is that assumed in this dream?) so you can spend all of your time on the 40 acres.
