Talk about being disappointed... I was hoping he'd run better than that. He's been my derby horse since the end of last year, but it's hard to stay on that wagon when he ran so poorly. Fairgrounds is a quirky track, though, so who knows.

disapointed is not the word for me, i loved him in that spot i bet $150wp on him, biggest bet i have made in a few weeks and at no point in the race did i think i was a winner or even running second

Liquidity was a huge disappointment to me. I echo comments of above poster as he was my Derby horse since last year but it is really hard to stay on him after performance on Saturday. In a previous post I debated the validity of Liquidity being able to ship after his poor performance in last years Champagne. I chalked that up to inexperience and being rushed a bit. No such excuse Saturday. I can admit I was wrong there. Needs a major regrouping

oneil said it was trainer error, he slacked of on him. Kinda different a trainer admiting or taking the blame.
