Default Will Todd fall with his 32 nominees this year

Scatt Daddy might be his best runner now, but that always finds a way to change. Todd=Derby jinks?? Maybe this year. I think I have said this for 6-7 years now

I would say that Any Given Saturday and Circular Quay are more highly regarded as of this year.

Circular Quay is closer, the winner of the Hopeful and runner-up in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile

Scat Daddy is MY favorite of Pletcher's horses, but I would say that the two I mentioned are more highly touted right now.

Good morning OG.

I've no idea yet, but when I was sifting through over 100 pages of Bris pps looking at horses on the Derby Trail, it is amazing when one sees on paper how vast this man's stable is. How he manages to burn 'em up prior to the first Saturday in May, year after year, is mindboggling. He could possibly be changing his strategy though because Our Sacred Honor didn't run a lick yesterday in the Southwest.

Maybe he'll have half a dozen make it into the gate this year.

Wonder what the odds on that one would be?

The only thing Scat Daddy has been proving is he's not very good.

Top 25 of Daily Racing Form's 2007 Derby Watch finds Pletcher with six runners on the list, including three of the top five.

But he did this before

It's a mute point. Nobody is going to beat Nobiz, plubCornelio is riding his arse off. Notional is his closest challenge.
