Lebron is a much better basketball player than Melo. If the Cavs had drafted Wade who knows what would have happened.
I agree with that. They were close but the Spurs, Celtics and Lakers had too many stars. Doubt they would have won with wade either.

I can understand not liking the guy or his "decision", but the talent is there and he's one of the best players in the league, if not the best. He also happens to play with one of the best players in the league, if not the best, so what's the big deal if D-Wade scores points at the end of games and Lebron makes assists?
He should be compared to Charles Barkley, not Larry Bird.

pretty good summary

Quote:
Even with Wade's surge in the Finals, James remains the Heat's playoff leader in points, assists and steals, and is virtually tied with Bosh for top rebounder. None of that seems to matter at the moment. It's as if LeBron's big shots in closing out the Celtics and Bulls didn't get forwarded to his new address at the Finals.

Spare me the pity party for a guy who calls himself The King. It's the Finals, his first shot at it in four years. The best player in the world can't be the third-best player in a Finals.

You are the Mike Watchmaker of Basketball player rankings

I used Bird because I hated the Celtics and didn't like Bird. But you know that once they win a few rings you guys will come up with something else to harp on.

I don't know who he is. If you're talking about Robert Horry then he's a role player.

You, on the other hand, are a f.ucking idiot.

This is below the belt. No one deserves to be compared to Watch.

The reason people are talking about Lebrick not scoring is because people are calling him the best in the world. With lofty praise like that, he is going to be under the microscope.

The passing is great and he's been lights out in the playoffs so far. However, Wade is the closer on this team and it's apparent in the Finals. The best player in the world should be the closer on his own team. How can you be the best player in the world when you aren't even the best player on your own team?

so Brad Lidge is better than Roy Halladay and Cole Hamels?

if someone is providing shut down defense and dishing assists, they are still closing the game. Besides, Wade, along with James, is one of the best players in the world also. They are both top 5 easy and either can make a case for "best player in the world".
