So if she is in a coma how does she make a list of people who are allowed to see her ?
Freaking smoke and mirrors is what it is. He is reaching out to all the homo's that voted him in me not being one of them with something that is pure b.s.
Didn't they have trouble in Florida with Lesbians not getting visitation ? I mean if you're experience in the hospital was in SOCAL (or Hawaii,) I wouldn't assume other parts of the country are the same in this regards.

Uhm , Pa. , W.V. , Co. , N.M. Oh. and So Cal.
The directive doesnt say every homo's signifigant other it says people with power of atty. and people with health proxies for people being treated using Medicare or Medicade which are federal programs that is why Im asking if the Fed's are now recognizing domestic partnerships. It doesnt matter if its a Democrat or a Republican in office , there will never be a president with the balls to give homo's equal marital rights.

Congress and the Senate would make those laws, not the President. Thus this Presidential directive is a good thing, to start getting something done outside of changes laws

No, it's not limited to only those, it says including those; in addition to "those designated" are to have visiting privileges equal to family." - which most certainly could include anybody's significant other

No, that's wrong, re-read it: the Presidential directive will apply to any hospital that receives Medicare-Medicaid funds.
