![]() I'd like to hear Einstein defend his math...did he add percentages?
Stephanie S. Beattie 75 25 33.3 Richard L. Beattie 2 0 0 Ryan Beattie 33 10 30.3 Todd M. Beattie 55 14 25.5 49/165= 29.6% Oh and there has been 276 races ytd....so 49/276=17.7%

![]() Richard is really dragging down the rest of the Beattie clan, so it seems.

![]() I'd also say, for the record, Penn National is a great track to play on a random Friday or Saturday night after cards are over at Keeneland or Belmont or wherever. Relatively full fields, generally decent pools, and with the renovations they've made to the place in the last year, I really don't have a problem with the track at all.

First, the Beatties do not account for 98% the wins at Penn National. So if you want to start slinging out garbage, at least have your facts correct. - Murray L. Rojas is the leading trainer at Penn this year, and was last year. - Stephanie S. Beattie is winning at 33% this year. - Todd M. Beattie is winning at 25% this year. - Ryan Beattie is winning at 30% this year. - The three Beattie trainers have almost the same combined number of starters as Scott Lake at Penn for 2008. According to Equibase there have been 414 winners at Penn National this year. Of the 414 winners the Beatties have won 51 of those races. That means, Gander, that the Beatties combined have won 12% of all races at Penn National. So your 98% figure used in defence of this arguement was only off by a mere 86%. |

![]() My guess is Split Rock would be pleased if Penn closed down because it is a "cesspool of cheating trainers"... would that be correct, Mr. Split Rock?
Oh yeah, since Pletcher, Dutrow, Assmussen, etc. have all been caught cheating, shouldn't we close down ALL tracks? Oh sorry, I'm being obtuse. I'll go back to the Contest page now ![]()

![]() Pay attention to who Stephanie Beattie's owners are and that will tell you eveything.
Cole and Toby Roth are two of them. Cole also uses Lake. Cole is a similar owner to Mike Gill in tactics. |

Penn National should have been closed many years ago after the litany of race fixing that was going on there. |
