Absolutely agree with you. People actually bet money on that horse, anytime a rider is clearly not trying to win a race they need to be suspended for the integrity of the game. That was complete BS, he clearly had no intent to do anything but try to prevent Shared Belief from winning. Not to mention that s*** is dangerous too.
