I'm with you Euro. I enjoy the turf races more myself. They are a whole different breed when handicapping. Although I can't really say I think they are tougher. IMO trip handicapping comes into play much more in dirt racing. Also, I think you have more unknowns on the dirt such as horses cycling much more, and distance variations. On the flip, most dirt races have a handful of horses you can throw out right away. I don't see that as much on turf, being they are so tightly bunched normally. You can throw some turf horses out not to win, but its hard when playing deep tri's and supers. Just my opinion.
