The reload would be for the bettors benefit, to cancel and/or change their bets, not because the horses were well behaved. They used to do this and not jam up bettors and i was waiting to cancel my bet and reformulate, not having the favorite 2X.  |
Will respect your view here, but if you were watching the feed, you had to see Jose Ortiz walking about 20 yards behind the gate trying to shake it off. There was plenty of time to cancel a wager ... again, it was your cash on the line there.
