Im still not sure. He beat nothing. GOD is probably finished and the pace was wicked, and he is clearly better on dirt. Belief got a dream run off the wicked pace. He beat a decent euro synthetic specialist.... Thats it.

winning at another track, beating older on a grade 1 for his 5th? Victory in a row, from an unfavorable post...i dont think the field were world beaters at this point but this horse is doing everything asked of him with relative ease...

the dude didn't seem to mind the poly last year

I just said Im not sure. Im not bashing the horse, but look on twitter in facebook.... People are calling him horse of the year already. The post didn't matter at all, he basically tripped out because of the outside draw. As for GOD I have always felt he was a little better on dirt. He has paired up 117 beyers on dirt. Im not saying he is a bad synthetic horse, but I think its reasonable to assume his best races are behind him.

other then shipping out of ca I dont think this horse can do anything else at this point

Fair enough, looking at it again, he was already going by and it wasn't as bad as the shot from behind made it look.
