FREE NHC Qualifier today.. Seats to Top 2

What a rough day...first I hit the 37-1 at MTH but get odds-capped at 20-1 & 10-1. Then, in the other MTH race my video goes blue screen and I don't notice the late change in odds. My pick drops from 4-1 to 2-1, which isn't worth taking in a contest like this, while my second choice drifts when they add off-site money from 8-1 to 15-1. Pretty obvious what was going to happen there. And finally, I needed a price play in the Million to get me into 2nd. Beforehand I said that if I was in this position I'd take #1 who I liked and mentioned in my analysis, but I saw on post parade he was getting very hot so I took #4 as he was the only other price that could get me into the top two. That's my luck. Any of these three (well two, I can't really complain about hitting a 37-1 I suppose) go my way and I'm off to the NHC in Jan...Ended up 31st but that's no consolation.
