In a way it did. The state fair was practically empty last night. Two murders reported in the city. A pickle thief, a cat rapist, some woman beaten with chains...other than that a typical night in Louisville.

I did see the glorious state police switcharoo in Ferguson only worked for one night. SHOCKING!

While there were reports of a single shooting last night in Ferguson, five have been killed and 28 wounded in Chicago and Rev. Jackson showed his colors abandoning Chicago for Ferguson MO.

Jackson isn't color blind, he's all about the green at the sake of African Americans sadly of whom he is falsely representing.

Well, Dell, seeing as how "preservation of life" is one of the duties listed under a cop's job description, yes, a cop killing an unarmed person is of greater concern to a society, as they are expected not to abuse the fact that they are armed by the state. But apparently jaywalking and selling loose cigarettes is an executable offense to some of them.

I'd add petty larceny to the list of executable offenses except that the cop who killed Brown didn't know he was a suspect in the cigar stealing. (cigar? cigarette? I've read both in the media)
