He also apparently was a blood...

The cop was in the wrong but this is far from police murdering black people because they have toys to play with.

del he physically assaulted the store clerk.

So using common sense...

he'd most definitely assault a cop.

The democrats are cornered. NDAA was signed into law by none other than their Lord and Savior Bill Clinton.

Democrats run St. Louis.

Obama has expanded NDAA with the help of Congress.

YOU FAIL. OVER AND OVER.

And you will still be a victim of the false left-right paradigm because you are nothing more than slaves.

I'm currently watching MSNBC.GOV and they are at the gas station that was burned down over a $50 box of cigars.

So the kid died because he couldn't afford his weed habit.

Boo ****ing hoo. Blame your democratic overlords and their lies.

Drug should've been legal in January 2009 but Captain Putts-A-Lot is a liar and fraud.

Blame him.

Call me a pansy but I think shooting him dead was a bit extreme. Especially when no gun or weapon was used in the robbery of the blunts.

Shooting him with a Taser or simply maintaining a stand-off until backup arrived would have been the prudent action. IMO

Not if the officer is seated in the cruiser and the kid makes a move for his gun.

I'm no detective but a gunshot in the car kinda tells me there was a struggle.

Big no no.

Only if 'the easiest stance' is to make no conclusion or even more important judgment until all the facts are in and then do things like start midnight basketball leagues and pay gangbangers to form stop the violence programs that will secretly be used as drug dispensaries for heroin and cocaine.

It's worked so well to quell the violence in Chicago it should go national.

Liberal media darling and benefactor of blatant nepotism Ronan Farrow just said the kid was executed.

How, outside of nepotism, did this douche get a media job? He sounds like a fresh order of fajitas.

http://www.vox.com/2014/8/13/5994305...l-force-murder

i have no idea how this will all shake out...but there are a couple things that stand out in the discussion.

one, the witnesses claim the policeman told the two men to get out of the street and onto the sidewalk-that's not what police tell robbery suspects.
two, a witness says that the cop 'tried to pull brown into his car'. that's crap, officers don't pull on suspects to bring them into their car when they are still behind the steering wheel.

also, as the article explains, if a cop feels people are in danger-than shooting a fleeing suspect could be justified-but was brown fleeing? i don't know.

my dad was involved in a scuffle with a car thief one time. the thief stabbed my dad in the hand with a screwdriver. he lost his grip on the screwdriver, and then went after my dads revolver.
dad got there first. he shot the guy, who lived.
at any rate, i hope they do a thorough investigation by independant groups-and that there is no rush to judgement by anyone.

and now i see this in an updated article:

Police Chief Thomas Jackson said the officer did not know the teen was a robbery suspect at the time of the shooting and stopped Michael Brown and a companion "because they were walking down the middle of the street blocking traffic."

this is turning into a larger mess every moment. of course there's no telling now if this is a result of the press rushing to get stories out and leaving out details or what. because they certainly made it seem earlier that the cop was responding to a robbery, and now they're saying he wasn't.
was the press wrong, or the cops?

If it is unable to contradict the numerous witness statements that Brown had his arms raised and appeared as if he was surrendering when he was shot; not sure anyone but his union will not agree that the officer was wrong.

If there was a betting line on those witnesses getting sudden amnesia while under oath it would probably be...

It's a good thing the State Police took over to not enforce any laws.

Well just on MSNBC protestors are on top of moving cars flashing gang signs.

I'm sure the insurance companies love seeing that.

Idiots. Appeasing dumb asses. Really no different than the Louisville mayor after the thugs ransacked downtown earlier this year.

Expect free pizza and movies. Country is beyond gone.
