The eighth race saw some incredibly poor rides including Taylor Rice again showing that she only understands how to stay attached to the rail.
Joel Rosario altered course three times from the top of the lane (driving to the inside, pushing in the middle, and then pulling to the six path in the lane). Junior Alvarado, fresh off the last to first on Rumble Doll in the seventh, did his usual "hung three wide going nowhere fast" dance. With all of the garbage rides, Irad Ortiz again puts everyone to shame with a solid win on class rising Invading Humor. |

Agreed. I will never understand how the rider of a mid-pack to late closer can put so much traffic between their mount and the front while riding the rail. At very least, secure the pocket heading into the turn and take your chances against the pace (which turned out to be soft) from the half-mile pole to home.
