From a person who does backgrounds for a living, when a murder conviction or any conviction is overturned there is no conviction.

Juvie records are sealed and thus those arrests wouldn't show either.

Amazing that such a monster was able to honorably serve as a Army Airborne Ranger, go to college and then graduate law school from Howard U. an African American College and apparently remain crime-free for 50 years.

Strange that the fact police recovered .45 bullets from the victim and matched them up with a gun that fires .455 ammunition wasn't part of the appeals process?

I also believe the police claim Dowlut was able to recite the gun's serial number was a bit far fetched. I own several guns and couldn't give one numeral what more the entire serial number of any of them.

Then again why let facts get in the way of the anti second amendment movement!

Hee hee. I started this thread just for you Dell. Seeing as how you couldn't stop yourself from coming into the stabbing Eagles hater one with a completely off-the-wall WalMart comment, I could tell you were bored. Mission accomplished.

And because I love you, here's more for you:

That's so true. The only way you would be able to give the whole number is if you are rehearsing for something.

And one more for you, Dell-

http://www.balloon-juice.com/2014/07...alth-payments/

Since you have made clear in other posts on health care that you feel fat people should be held responsible for their lifestyle choices I am curious as to what you feel about doctors talking to parents about gun ownership. Do you support insurance companies not paying for treatment of people for gunshot wounds due to their own negligence?

Here's one for you Nicole.

A little league baseball coach convicted of the murder of a police officer and not overturned like in the NRA case. Apparently no background check was needed as these idiot parents saw no problem with killing an officer.

What's disgusting is this piece of shiat got only 27 years and in Illinois that means serving a sentence of 13.5 years with good behavior for beating a cop so bad his partner couldn't recognize him?

BTW 300,000 people DIE each year in the U.S. each year due to obesity. More than those who die because of tobacco.

How many kids die each year from guns?

So obesity and tobacco deaths are self inflicted and you are comparing it to gun deaths which in most cases involves an innocent victim. This is more absurd than usual for you

I just love our "caveman with electricity" society.

White liberals are obsessed with gun control but give absolutely no f.ucks about the immunity their lord and savior granted the banks.

They're fine with that. They want all of the guns taken from law-abiding citizens.

If I didn't know any better I'd say these dumb white pansies are suicidal.

Thank you for acknowledging such

Yet under Obamacare their healthcare is now subsidized by the non-smoking fit young people.

You know the ones trying to survive in this 'fixed' for the top 5% country.
