Putting that human anchor on his back didn't help. Prado was once great but he has mentally checked out the last year or two. Needs to hang it up and stop playing with people's money.

I am having a hard time swallowing this nonsense today, the 4 is a live longshot at Del Mar, the gates open, horse breaks well, Perez has the chance to get great position right behind a lead that no one wants and he drags way back and gets forced way wide on the turn?

why doesn't he show any pace anymore? I'm not sure its all Prado cuz I think he's had a few different pilots now if I recall. Horse was blistering fast now he acts up, breaks slow and does the doggy paddle around the track

He needs a better jock and to be cut back. I would like to see what he could do sprinting with a bit of class relief.

He's always had issues breaking, but he's usually fast enough to overcome them if asked. Prado gave him the wide trip to nowhere b/c he was too scared to put any pressure on Bayern. Kept looking over his shoulders as if he was sitting on a ton of horse then predictably comes up empty.
