Forthewrongreason was in trouble from the 5/8's in. Unless she was already in the 2-path (wasn't) and unless her jock was going to make something happen (didn't) she was going to need to get lucky or be tons best (neither). I thought the horse got stopped pretty bad at the 1/4 pole and it was over then.
I can't say Forthewrongreason was/is better than than Silk Kerchief. But the horse got a lousy trip. If you don't think the horse's trip cost her a 1-2 finish, then you've got to believe that Film Editor and Vatchvendetta are simply better fillies to outclose Forthewrongreason off that trip.
