Where is Powell's data to support his "extreme anti-speed bias" in Belmont turf sprints theory?

bias is more a differing opinion than fact, is it not ? you can look at all the data you want, there are other factors involved.

Good question, why not send him an email ? I try to avoid turf sprints myself.
