Yes, I know. And a 2-year-old champion. She's my mare's 4th dam. I was speaking about Shining Forever... she's listed as a filly. Is that correct? I guess the mention of crossing well threw me.

Alright, got ya. She def has an interesting pedigree. Lord Avie isnt exciting to me, but her lines are great. She looked like a hard knocking type.

with JS i would actually have a list of don'ts...don't cross Secretariat or a Mr Propspector; don't inbreed to much...JS biggest problem was his soundness and you have to breed around that.

You are a very ignorant person.
Jump Start was not "unsound".
he was run into the ground when he was obviously hurting.
What is it exactly that you do know?
It sure isn't anything even remotely related to racing, thats for damn sure.

The fact is that with Gone West, Storm Cat and AP Indy all carrying Secretariat blood (through the female side) there is bound to be alot of "Sec. inbreeding."

Jump Start was a steal. He suffered a catastrophic injury which could have been fatal. He may have been one of the best of his crop but we'll never know. His first crop has 18 winners, conceived for $5k each to mares of moderate quality. His babies should stretch out well and are winning on all surfaces. Anyone who got in withhim early should be dancing for joy. Remember, many of those wins are coming at A league tracks like SAR, BEL and CD. That's not easy.

Lemme guess, you are a NY breeder and went to one of those "noble steeds" who stand here and weren't bright enough to go to Jump Start for 10 grand and have one on the ground or in the belly who is worth a hell of a lot more than that right?
Nah, you don't want be burdened with things like making a wise decision and profiting from it, so you instead preach to crickets chirping that a sire who stood for 10 grand who has 18 winners already in his first crop despite going to a less than stellar book of mares actually isn't a smashing success.
Lemme guess, you went to Tomorrows Cat and whoever is standing out in Unadilla these days right?

Oracle one suit:

It's nice to see you act like a douchebag when expressing yourself to everyone else as well.

Whats nicer are guys trying to explain that a sire who stood for a measly 5 grand in his debut year at stud with 18 winners, most at major tracks, is no good.
Whos the big lock today?
