I was curious too so I asked them about it. Here some responses from track handicapper Rachel McLaughlin:
@RacingRachelM: @FrankBoone20 @billdownes1 @IndianaGrand we have gotten A LOT of rain here in IN, we invested a lot of $ in the Turf &dont want to ruin it.. @RacingRachelM: @FrankBoone20 we are going to start racing on the turf the first of July.. I have an interview w/our trackman he talks in detail about it
