Vinton OTB is officially no more. They went in yesterday and tore out the Amtotes, cameras, security, etc. There is now talk of closing the one in Hampton as well. Gonna start tearing down the one in Alberta this coming week.

Looks like a no go for 2014 and they are beginning to focus on 2015. Hopefully the VRC will hold firm on the July 1st deadline for Colonial to sign a 2015 agreement.
