there is nothing I enjoy more than watching the New York Giants play football.

I sure hope you are wrong Dixie.

There is almost nothing I like better than seeing the Giants lose. Watching the highlights of last week's collapse was beautiful.

Giants are the walking wounded.
They've been missing key players at key positions.
Coughlin sure ain't Mike Holmgren.
Any novice(like me) can see that Eli is one of those guys who needs to get into a rythm to be effective. But apparenly Coughlin doesn't see this.
Little out passes, swings, screens, thats what he needs early to get into a rythm and be effective. With that kid the more completions he gets, the better he gets.
The offensive plays are so predictable that even little kids know whats coming up on the next play. I think the whole offensive playbook consists of two pages.
You'd think one of these weeks either Coughlin or the off coor would figure that out.
They are gonna be tough to beat this week though. Its gonna be cold and windy, and that will force Dallas to run the ball. The Giants can stop the run.
Giants win this game Dixie.

To me the best bet of the week is San Diego.
They were sluggish last week, grinding out a win at home against the Raiders.
But a road game against an opponent who has been playing well is always enough reason for a team to get up for a game.
Oh, and did I mention that Merriman returns this week for San Diego? Guy's rested and healthy and anxious to atone for his suspension.
favored by less than a touchdown. JP's little hot streak ends here.

WHy not just dump it all on San Diego and watch Merriman go nuts while Tomlinson runs wild on Buffalo?
Buffalo's recent last minute wins have got this spread under a touchdown.
San Diego's gonna smash them.

Chargers were beyond sluggish last week, very lucky to win in their own stadium and I dont see them being able to go into Buffalo, where temps are expected to be in the teens, and covering any sort of spread. They may win but this game will be very close.

I still think they are one of the teams to beat this year but I wouldnt get crazy laying points in cold weather following that very mediocre performance.

me thinks the giants will play a big game on sunday - the books usually don't take baths !!! with the public on the cowboys here it could be a bad day for tuna and romo

remember this same gaint team was a 3 point fav over the bears in their last home game

Now they are a 3.5 point dog, a 6.5 point swing in 3 weeks against a team that is at best the bears equal - value is with the giants

Be careful here folks when you take the 'boys - Romo is only making his 2nd start against a divisional oppent and the giants have yet to lose a divsion game this year.

There is no question the 'boys are playing better than the Giants right now , but , to be favored by 3.5 here could be a stretch .. you mean to tell me that if the game was in dallas the boys would be favored by almost 10 points against the g-men or close to what TB was on turkey day.....something isn't right..

giants 24 - cowboys 13

A stretch? 3.5 points? Are you kidding? Dallas should be 7 point favorites in this game. The Giants are that bad and the Cowboys are firing on all cylinders. Eli Manning looks like a high school QB. There is no leadership on this team.

As far as the Giants being favored over the Bears, well you needed to be out of your mind crazy to think the Giants were going to score enough points to cover that spread. Not that the Bears are a super team or anything, but the Giants are terrible.

Cowboys 35 - Giants 16 and seyonara playoffs for the G Men.
