That's a wonderful piece, and I really enjoy the BH's new graphics features. The embedded videos are great, too. This is some of the very best of the internet.

What a great read. Loved (though was also a bit depressed by) the section on how many adversaries the Triple Crown winners faced in total over the course of the three races, versus the recent near misses.
