Also just look at what has been going on at the Fair Grounds in recent years.
Things are getting worse there also. And CDI. does n't seem to want to do anything to fix all there problems there.

OTB
At the moment there is a dispute between WNY OTB and Churchill....there are not taking bets...i only know cuz about 14 people called me today and asked if i could get a bet in for them. I'm sure this is about fees, but have no idea.
