|   Long life indeed......RIP Mr.Rooney. This is a very nice column published in 1993 from the Chicago Tribune, an interview with Mickey at Arlington. I love the quote -  "You bet whatever I bet to place," Rooney says. "You could be worth five, six million dollars. But I didn't come here to finish second." and another...... From another table a man with white hair and an aggressive manner shouts: "Mr. Rooney, I'm from New York. Can you give me a tip?" "I'll give you a tip," Rooney says.
